Jakarta EE Platform 10 TCK Requirements, Facts, and Figures

The Jakarta EE Platform 10 TCK requires a minimum of around 3.7 GB of free disk space.
The Jakarta EE Platform 10 TCK User's Guide is included in this distribution (HTML, PDF). Read about additional Jakarta EE 10 Platform TCK Requirements in section `1.5` of the Platform TCK User's Guide.

Chapter 4, "Installation" in the Jakarta EE Platform 10 TCK User's Guide, explains how to install the Jakarta EE Platform 10 TCK on Linux, and Windows systems.

The JDK used to test Jakarta EE 10 Compatible Implementations

This TCK is built with JDK11. It has been tested on JDK 11, and JDK 17.

Known Problems and Workarounds

Running the TCK Against Jakarta EE Platform 10 Compatible Implementation on Windows

When configuring and running the Jakarta EE Platform TCK against the Jakarta EE Platform 10 compatible implementation on Windows, please make sure to install all related software (Java SE, Jakarta EE 10 compatible implementation, the Platform TCK, etc.) on the same drive (for example, C:). If you want to install on a drive other than C:, please be sure to change the following properties in <TS_HOME>/bin/ts.jte:

ri.applicationRoot=c:
s1as.applicationRoot=c:
