Separate directories with the platform's path separator
($Config{path_sep}), so ';' on Windows, allowing drive letters
The directory list can now also be an array reference
Fixed cache key collisions between different arguments
Fixed the mode example in the documentation
Croak on a missing path or prefix, a path that is a non-array reference,
and on non-file modes such as '-|', which would run the found file
Never return a directory, either from a search or from the cache
Ignore undefined and empty directories, and names containing NUL,
		instead of giving warnings
	Doesn't change $!
Taint mode: a call with tainted arguments never uses or adds to the
remembered results, which could let a tainted write succeed,
or make an untainted one die
Rewrote the documentation: more examples, common pitfalls, encoding,
API and formal specifications, and a state diagram
	Added t/function.t, t/unit.t and t/taint.t
t/function.t and t/unit.t are skipped if their test modules, which need
		a newer Perl, aren't installed
Added SECURITY.md, the provides metadata and the develop prerequisites
