Editing group scan files.

Type the 'E' key in group scan mode to enter the group scan
editing menu. Here is what the initial menu looks like:

Group scan mode editing menu.
0) Exit.
1) Add something to this file.
(newsgroups, sub-lists, files, and virtual groups.)
2) Edit the current group scan file.
3) Create a personalized top file for group scan mode.
(You only need to do this once.)
Enter your choice:

If you are using the default group scan files, type the '3'
key to make a personalized group scan file. If you are not sure if
you have a personalized file, type '3' anyway--strn will detect an old
file and print a warning. After creating a personal "top" file, quit
strn and restart. Strn will now use your new scangroups file. This
file will contain a link to the old group scan menu, so you can use
any system-provided menus.

[More to be written later?]

[I'm not happy with this document--the "modes", "files", "topics",
"menus" are getting confusing...]
